Is there a module I can get that will let me set the baseline shipping at 14.99 for 1 item, then each additional item adds like 3.50 to the shipping cost? I can't find anything like that in the default modules..

Use the per item default module and set the cost per item to $3.50 then enter in the Handling Fee box $11.49
