Installation question - blank page

I have found a few threads about the

page coming up blank, I have followed all the ideas posted, the main thought being corrupt files, so I tried a full reupload, no change and then I downloaded Zeccart again and tried a full reupload (deleting all files first) nuffink changed.

Using the link above could anyone else tell me if they do think it is the server settings, they are hosted with netregistry (au company) I am waiting on support from them but apparently it was with a reseller whos phone number is disconnected and netregistry will not give me support because of this.

I have this site all set up and running on another server and have set up several other zencarts.

If you think it is the server, what should I be asking them to install or change to make this work...please.

GOT IT...Yay

It was installed with PHP 4

it needed PHP 5

Hope this helps someone else
