Upgraded to 1.3.8. blank payment page now

I've used Firefox and IE and in both cases during the checkout after selecting shipping method, the payment page is blank and nothing is reporting for a problem in the php log file.

Ideas ? Just go to http://www.totalgarage.ca and place an order with any product.

In admin, under modules->Order Totals, what do you have listed?
Try turning off Group Discounts.
And if you have anything related to an Insurance addon, turn it off as well.

Also, which payment modules do you have enabled?

As an aside, I gather you're planning to edit the default text on the shopping-cart page which says "You may want to add some instructions for using the shopping cart here. (defined in includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php)" ... ?

removed and still nothing. I'm VERY perplexed.....

Well, a blank page is pretty much always a result of a PHP error, typically caused by an incompletely-uploaded file(s) or an incorrectly-edited file, or a bug in the code, often from an outdated module built for a prior version, etc.
But, if you're using the logging utility mentioned earlier, all your PHP errors should be logged to the logging file.

is the error thats causing the problem I think (using that tool)

For some reason my canaapost moule times out when this moule is in place, I had to turn that off first before I could get to the payment page.
