Please govern yourself accordingly.

Generally being cross-indexed is a good thing, esp from a busy site like Zen Cart.

But if you don't want that, obscure your URL somehow.

Moderating is busy enough alongside writing code, without having to edit peoples' posts.
And, no, editing permissions will not be changed.
