Embedding Flash Video at Top of Page

I am extremely new to Zen Cart, but not new to programming at all. I have a Flash animation on my website that I will be using at the top of all of my pages. It can be seen here: http://www.dlesktech.com

Please keep in mind that the index page is the only one that works. I would like to also embed this video at the top of my Zen Cart store located at http://www.dlesktech.com/estore

I have searched the forums but have not found a solution to the problem. I also looked at the FAQS and the Wiki with extensive regards to the flash sections. Any help and/or comments would be greatly appreciated.
