Missing Tax Text

Grogg Pulling Hair out of his Bald Head

Ok. I have be trying to find the Text Sales Tax:

Somehow either I fat fingered it or the ftp app created an issue. In a nutshell I would just like to have the text back and I can't find out where to fix it. The curious thing is it also disappeared in the admin customer invoice form as well.

The tax calulation works fine..but no text only the " : " .
Only have a tax zone for VA

I changed the site template same error
looked at the language file - seem ok

OK now I feel Stupid! Fixed it by adding the description in the tax rates.
