Newsletter Signup Module not Finding Subscribe

I have installed the Newsletter sign up to www.sheekfurniture.com and it seems that when I try to save it is not able to find https://www.sheekfurniture.com/index...page=subscribe .

It displays a page not found error. I find this unlikely because I went through step by step twice. Any help with this would be greatly appreciate. I ensured that subscribe was recognized in the Define Pages but it is not located in the Define Page Status. Wanted to know if someone could wrap their hands around it. Thanks.

I think im also facing the same problem with the downloaded newsletter module. Whenever someone subscribes, the following appears:

Email Error: The following From address failed: [email protected]

appreciate your help.
