ot_quantity_discount doesn't work

Hi,

I unpacked the contents of the ot_quantity_discount module zip and uploaded it to my shop. After installing it I set up the following values:

So normally 10% should be off when at least 100 of an item are chosen. But it doesn't! I also tried uninstalling and installing ot_total, but in both cases I get no results. Always the base price is taken.
