Changing Add to Cart Button Name

I would like to change te add to cart button to read 'Book this trip'. I have the new button in the /includes/templates/template_name/buttons/english/ directory.

How do I hook up the product listing page to use this button rather than the add to cart button?

Also, I want to have the qty and the button at the top of the product listing page (not just at the bottem)

Just name the "Book this Trip" image exactly the way the "Add 2 Cart" is named. Save the other button elsewhere.
