SQL error in Newsletter and Product Notifications Manager

[Fosen Tools]

I upgraded from 1.2.6 -> 1.3.7 a while ago, I think this may be the reason to my error, but not sure.

When I go to 'Tools' -> 'Newsletter and Product Notifications Manager' and make a newsletter and click 'send' I get this sql error:

in:
[select c.customers_firstname, c.customers_lastname, s.email_address as customers_email_address from as s left join ftws_customers as c on c.customers_id = s.customers_id ]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Not sure how to attend this, can someone please help me?
