Removing column module

I have been trying to get the columns to display to no avail.
I just tried adding the module again but got the "it's already installed" SQL error.
Is there a way I can remove the info from the SQL and try to install it again?
It still doesn't give me the option to select the number of columns on the karatjewellers.ca site and when I do have the option like at robertensing.com it's not showing them.
Am I doing something wrong?
