Catagory is not showing subfolders

This is very odd. At my Site

I went to the Favors section and it did not show the folders on the main page.
I looked into the admin part to see if there were any products on the catagories directory. Knowing that there cannot be Folders and products in the same folder. But I did not see any products.
I thought... Oh yea I ran into this problem before, So i ran this statement

DELETE FROM products_to_categories WHERE categories_id=0;

But that did not work.
Then oddly enough. I checked other folders and they are showing the folders on the main section just fine.

What do I do now?

Never mind.

I went to "Store Manger" and optimized the database.

Thant did the trick
