ALERT: PayPal Express Checkout Error (10001)

Recieved an error email from my site www.fire2you.co.uk

in the email it says 10001 Internal Error - Internal Error

this error has come back when a customer has tried to purchase an item. so i guess thats £800 i lost.

ive had 3 other customers and they have all checkout without a problem.

Can anyone help???

im running 1.3.7 with all the patches for express check etc, pritty mjuch making it 1.3.8 so to say.

You'll have to report that problem to PayPal technical support.

yeah they have tested my site and go no error so i dont know what happened there. managed to save the sale though as the customer wrang up and we just took the order and payment over the phone!
