Main Page Doesn't Display

Let me start by saying I've used the search feature. It did bring up a decent amount of similar topics but none of it helped.

The main page on the site I'm working on used to display things just fine. Somewhere along the way I turned something on or off and for the life of me I don't know what it is. The website is, http://www.pinecrestprinting.com/store/ I need to be able to put text on the main page. Displaying products isn't really a concern at the moment but having text is.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

What do you have set for Admin->Configuration->Layout Settings->Main page always opens to this category ?

It's currently set to 1

I went back and changed it to 0 and now it displays the text and the product catagories. Is there a way to turn off the catagory listing and just leave the text?

I just figured out how to ditch the catagory listing (Admin/Configuration/Layout Settings/Catagories Always Show On Main Page = 0).
