Refund through Zen Admin Pay Pal Pro

I hope some could help. I hv always did my transactions offline and used PP Virt term. I hv updated my ZEN to 1.3.8a. I set everything correct. I did a test and funds went to my account without leaving my shopping cart. Once you view order you hv a refund button. I checked it off "Confirmed" and submitted and I get a message on top of admin that Paypal does not accept this type of transaction. Is this normal of the mod in ZEN and if I need to refund I hv to log in to PP and do it from there?

Another question on my shopping cart I hv the Express button, is there anyway the button does not hv to appear there, since its already going through in the checkout area?

Hope someone would eb so kind to help me. As this is all new to me setting the PP mod in Zen.

No, that's not normal.
Not sure why that's happening to you.
At least you have the ability to do a refund directly from your PayPal account in the meantime.

No. If you're going to use Website Payments Pro, you are required to also offer Express Checkout. Please read your PayPal Terms Of Service contract for more details.
