i set up a coupon and tested it as a costomer, found that the coupon value was not reduced from the total price. Can someone tell me why and how to correct it?

Actually... I just noticed that I had the "Free Shipping" box ticked/turned on (under coupon admin). When I turned it OFF, the coupon is applied correctly. Hope this solved ye're issues also.

Thanks for posting that Discount Coupons can be either for an Amount -- or -- Free Shipping ... but never both ...
