    red flag Image behind main site

    Can someone PLEASE tell me how to make it so that I don't have a LIGHT BLUE BACKGROUND behind my site? I would like it to show an image I have uploaded to templates/myown/images file. I have searched this site and on the internet as well....I tried and tried to edit the css file, but my background NEVER changes from the light blue...

    Code:
    body {font: 62.5% verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #333; background: #fff url(../images/yourimage.jpg)}
    Place code above into your current template's stylesheet

    Wow! Thank you for such a quick reply! I just have to make sure of something and also ask something...FIRST- I am assuming I paste this where mine says:

    body {
    background-color: #e5edf5;
    color: #000000;
    font-family: verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
    font-size: 62.5%;
    margin: 0;

    ALSO...where you have the (...), do I put: http://mywebsite/public_html/include...empate/images?

    Thank you for your time! I am so excited I got such a quick reply!

    Question1. Yes
    Question2. No, you add code exactly as I listed
    except you alter yourimage to exact name of
    image you want as background

    LOL !!!....I figured it out! My image was too small so it was being stretched too much...I uploaded a bigger image and it worked! Thank you so much again! I am very, very grateful!

    Not so here in UK, bright sunny morning,
    but you can now sleep in peace.
