Dual Pricing - 1054 Unknown column 'c.COWOA account'

I am trying to install Dual Pricing in a new install of 1.3.8 when I go to Customers in Admin I get the following at the top of the page:

1054 Unknown column 'c.COWOA_account' in 'field list'
in:
[select c.customers_id, c.customers_lastname, c.customers_firstname, c.customers_email_address, c.customers_group_pricing, a.entry_country_id, a.entry_company, ci.customers_info_date_of_last_logon, ci.customers_info_date_account_created , c.customers_telephone, a.entry_company, a.entry_street_address, a.entry_city, a.entry_postcode, c.customers_authorization, c.customers_referral, c.COWOA_account from customers c left join customers_info ci on c.customers_id= ci.customers_info_id left join address_book a on c.customers_id = a.customers_id and c.customers_default_address_id = a.address_book_id order by ci.customers_info_date_account_created DESC limit 0, 20]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

If I replace the customers.php file with the standard zencart file, the problem goes away.

Sounds like they forgot a command to insert a column in zen_customers... I'm trying to figure out right now the length and default value that will be required. If anyone has figured this one out it would be great.

I ended up uploading the admin/customers.php from the 1.3.1 beta 3 release of this mod. It seems to have worked.

I ended up scraping this mod and will use group pricing. I ended up rolling back to the older customers.php

Yes - I just installed the module, and I'm getting the same issue. Sure wish there was some documentation as to what this COWOA_account column is.

I do see that the ONLY place that this is referenced in the entire site is in /admin/customers.php

Also saw that previous versions of this mod do not have this column in it.

I'll do some tests, and see if I can get in contact with the mod author. Hopefully I can post a fix to this soon for any of you who would like to use this module.
