Help problem upgrading with new server

I had to move the site to a new server and then upgrade. It's not working here is the problem. I have to use a temporary address. The site is up and running on another server but will not work on my server as is because of the php level so the address is below (adjusted for internet viewing)

The path is correct.

I got the database with zen_ files and no prefix files. The no prefix files were the older so I deleted them and worked with the zen_ files only. The database said it updated ok except it didn't have a table paypal_testing or a table linkpoint_api Should I load those from a new database install?

Why is there an error and what does that error really mean?

I need to get into the admin area. I am using the username and password of the main admin person as per their instructions. It worked when I used it for the upgrade but now has this error.

Did you change the admin/includes/configure file to match the new server?

Fastest solution is run ZC_Install again and then restore the site without the configure files (none) and also restore the DB with the burned CD-RW's you made before moving.

All you are trying to do is connect the dots on the new server.

Now is the time to upgrade to 1.3.8 if you have not already. Let us know how it goes.
