Where are the product and categorie files located?

Hi,

I have 2 different zen cart sites that have the same set of products and categories that I made 2 years ago. For some reason all of the categories and products have disappeared on one site. I do not have a backup of this site. I was hoping that I could copy the proper files from the good site to the one with the missing products and categories. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, which files should I copy?

you will want to access mysql with a tool such as phpmyadmin ( you may need to contact your host for proper information oh how to access mysq )

I went into the control panel of the good web site and found the program phpmyadmin. I opened the program and now what am I looking for and how can I copy the proper files?
