This usually suggests that your "customers" and "address_book" tables are not in sync.

Did you transfer data from one database to another for some reason? instead of upgrading your existing database? and have problems in the process?

ok after so many hours off try i have now found out that the problem lies with the first 2 customers

i did register 2 dummie customers and there was no problem with those
also the last real customer that register there is no problem

the problem remains with the first 2 customers
when i pres info for the first 2 i gett the above error that i have posted in my post.

this is very strange for mes as the shop has been runing for few weeks with those 2 costumers and there was not a single problem, the problem seems to have appered after the 3 one registerd.

Now i will like to ask , how can i delite those 2 first costermers, and re-register them ??

    thanks for all the help

    cheers

    Hi Bobi,

Can you log into the problem accounts from the front-end of your website? If you can, check if you have all the required fields. All on the accounts I have this error on, they have all tried to place an order through the PayPal module which creates there accounts, but misses off a few of the required fields. These are:

    Date of Birth
    Telephone Number
    Country
    State/County

I use the Master Password module to log in as these cusomters, fill in these 4 fields and then I can see the account without error message in admin.

This problem has been reported and DrByte has been trying to replicate this error.

    Hope this helps,

    thanks for the replay

i have installed that Master pasword module now all went fine

the problem with the 2 first customers still remains there

when i go to Customers, then i pres costumers to gett the costumer list
i see all the customers ( incl the dummie) then i press on the customer that i had problem before, bang the error just appers agein.

the problem is when i press the info to see the customer detalis i then gett that error, and then i cannot edit or do anything with this 2 customers that i have problem.

even with Master pasword i cannot loggin to this 2 accounts

i dont know what has happend as all was working very well before, i had register amny dummie account just to test the shop , before i whent live.

PS:i know that there is a new zen cart installed on the same server, on diferent folder offcourse, could that be the problem ??
it is not my shop, is a new shop owned from some one else.
can that have create any conflict ??

im very desperate for some help , and im very worried as i never like errors
does my problem have any security risk for me and my shop ??

    thank you for you,r support

    cheers

Can you not view your customers account from the main site using the master password?

I have not been able to access the customers from Admin (I get the same error as you) but when I log in the front end, I am able to see most of their details.

Are you using the PayPal module? If you are, try processing a payment without signing in to your account on Zen.

This is when I find this error occur. It is being looked in to, but no fix for it as of yet.

    Let me know,
