Discount Quantity Only Deducting From Some Items

I'm using the Discount Quantity in Price Manager on 1.3.7. I have noticed that since Jan 10th, discounts only seem to be applied partially on all my products w/ discount quantities set.

I have it set so that on certain items (EarPops Ear Muffs, Scarves, Spockets), when you buy 3 or more of an item, you get a discounted price. Ex: EarPops are regularly $7.95/pair, but buy 3, you should get each pair for $6.95.

My discount for EarPops is setup as follows:

MIN: 3
Discount Value: $6.95
Calculate Price: $6.95
Extended Price: $6.95 x 3 = $20.85

So, if you buy 3 pair of EarPops all at once (enter 3 for quantity), it works - all 3 pair are $6.95 = $20.85.

However, if you add 2 of one color/size to your cart and go back and add 1 of another color/size, it only shows partial discount. Ex: 2 of the EarPops may be $6.95, while the other is still $7.95... or the 2 may be $7.95/pair, but the other 1 is $6.95... very odd.

If you add 1 EarPop at a time to the shopping cart, then none of them get discounted even after you add 3.

It was working perfectly for months up until sometime on Jan 10th. I added a Sales Tax mod 11:00pm Jan 9th, but afterwords, qty discounts were still working properly, so I don't think that's it. I have not made any changes to the cart since then (except updating currencies, which I've looked at already).

This affects all products that have a discount based on quantity.

Any suggestions?

With your Qty problem, could you take a look in the admin, under tools >> server info, and find out which version of PHP you are using? This is the same problem as is found here: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=85724

It is PHP Version: 5.2.5 (Zend: 2.2.0)

Are you on a shared server, or a managed? Could you find out if they upgraded your PHP version on Jan 10th?

Yes, we're on a shared server. They started the upgrade around the 1st of the year, but may not've trickled down to our server until recently.
