Default SQL 1064 error completing an order

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 's rd [x_city] => Beverley Hills [x_state] => California [x_zip] => 90210 ' at line 1

I assume this is regarding the apostrophe in an address on a live order i placed. How do i fix this so customers can type addresses correctly?I have had a few dropped orders where customers complain of mismatched addresses so this may be the cause,im not sure.

Also have one other anomaly that i caught today and it is the image below-why do i have 2 CC input fields?I dont see anything in zencart admin/config that has caused this?

Which payment modules are enabled in Admin->modules->Payment?

What version of Zen Cart are you using?

It appears that you've got an old version installed, which has a bug with respect to apostrophes in authorize.net transactions.
Your "extra" CC fields will be from an extra module that you've enabled.

    Modules are:
    1)authorizenet_aim
    2)cc
    3)zen cart freecharger
    4)money order
    5)paypal IPN

ZC version is 1.3.7(PHP 5.2.3) but i do have a unfinished upload of hoverbox but there are no errors pointing to that.It is authorize.net and the checkout page apostrophe.

You have 2 credit card modules enabled, so naturally you'll get two sets of credit card fields.

If you're going to be using AIM, use AIM. No need to use "Credit Card".

Since you're using v1.3.7, try this updated AIM module to fix the apostrophe issue causing database errors, and more:

... or upgrade to 1.3.8 which has this update included, and more.
