pre installation error

Hi,
just uploaded all the files en set all the permissions right. But when I try to install Zen Cart (v1.3.7 full patched) the following apears:

Warning: main(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(../includes/classes/class.base.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (.) in /www/htdocs/joelbear/zc_install/includes/application_top.php on line 29

Warning: main(../includes/classes/class.base.php): failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in /www/htdocs/joelbear/zc_install/includes/application_top.php on line 29

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '../includes/classes/class.base.php' (include_path='.:') in /www/htdocs/joelbear/zc_install/includes/application_top.php on line 29

How can I fix this?

Sounds as though you may not have a complete set of files, or had a problem putting them on your server.

However, why are you trying to install 1.3.7. Unless you have a specific reason to do so, I'd recommend downloading 1.3.8a and installing that instead.

The reason for installing 1.3.7 is the availability of language packs Dutch and German.

Are you trying to install the release pack available form the German-language support site, or the official Zen Cart release pack available from Source Forge?

No, I'm trying to install the official version from the Source Forge site.
A couple of days ago i installed the same on http://joel.komparo.nl and it works.

Now im trying tot install it on a different server and it gives me the error.
Maybe its de server?

do you know the difference between
zen-cart-v1.3.7.1-full-patched-07052007.zip and
zen-cart-v1.3.7-full-fileset-12302006.zip ?

This time i've downloaded the full patched version and im not shure about the first time.
Could this cause the problem?
