Hi, I got on a thread a few days ago about problems with customers opening a zip. I've read the thread a couple of times (and am having trouble finding it now), but one of the suggestions (maybe I misunderstood) was to delete the htaccess from the downloads folder. I dropped the htaccess onto my desktop and deleted it from the downloads folder to test whether it helped this customer download the file. The customer has not gotten back to me and now I've had another customer say they are unable to download a different file (and this customer has easily downloaded stuff before). I suspect the htaccess file since it is the only thing I have changed.

I looked on my desktop and the htaccess file did not copy to it. What should I do? I notice in all of my backup files, that file does not exist.
