    red flag Distributor Module

Is there a distributor module that will allow me to add my distributors in and be able to put where my merchandise came from for someone who have Multi Distributors?

I think probably not, but it's a bit difficult to say as "distributors" is such an ambiguous term.

Different industries use it differently, so it's meaning is usually consistent and very obvious to the person using it and others in the same business. However what they mean can be anything from one down from the manufacturer right the way to the other end of the distribution chain as the person who sells to the end customer, and many things in between.

Sometimes it *appears* obvious to people in other businesses what is meant - causing them to completely misunderstand what's intended!

I work across industries so have learnt the hard way never to assume and always to ask, so what do you mean by a "distributor"? And are they higher or lower than you in the distribution chain?

If you're not already using the manufacturer field, you could re-use this to keep track of the origin of your stock.

If you are then I'm afraid I know of nothing to help you. Though if you have some programming skills you could clone the manufacturer table and associated code.
