Could someone tell me how to backup my files on the server? I seen a backup untility on here somewhere but it didnt say if it was compatabile with 1.3.8.

It is compatible with 1.3.8, but backs up your database not your files.
There are various ways of backing up files on your server. They're independent of Zen Cart and to find out which tools have been made available to you, you should talk to your web host.Kuroi Web Design and Development | Twitter
