How to change text of step 3 in payment process by PP IPN?

I have automatic PyPal IPN. i want to chage text in the bottom of the step 3 window 'order confirm window':
this note:
Final Step
"- continue to confirm your order. Thank you!"
to:
somsing like "now you will be directed to the PayPal secure site to pay"

how can i change it? any advise?

You can search for any text in the developer's toolit in admin
includes\languages\english\checkout_confirmation.php: define('TEXT_CONTINUE_CHECKOUT_PROCEDURE', '- continue to confirm your order. Thank you!');
