How do I edit the initial email customers get sent when they sign up for an account with my store?

Thanks for the replies. I'm actually wanting to edit the content of the email but when i go to email/email_template_welcome.html i can't edit the content in that file.

What do you want to edit in specific? Please explain in detail
The variables which you can see there have the actual content
