Transfer of my (non-Zen Cart) website to a different host

Hi Guys,
I want to transfer this website www.yourwebnhost.com to a different server. Although this is not a zencart website.

I know how to transfer a zencart website, but not this kind of website. If somebody can help me in transferring this website, that would be great. Also, do you think it will involve the same steps as what it would require to transfer a zencart website?

Transfer the files
Set up database and import data from the old one
Change config to reflect new paths

Thanks for your prompt reply. I saw this website does not have any database. But yes, there are lot of emails , which i want to transfer too.

Also, I just checked it through FTP , there is no config. file too.

If both sites use cPanel your new host might be able to transfer it painlessly for you.
