Template Problem

Hi, i want to install a new template that i've download...
i'm uploading it to includes\templates\ folder
and when i'm getting to the admin pannel
Tools > Template Selection...
i can't see it !!!

do u have any idea why?

Where did you get it from?
Does it have a template_info file?
If so, what is the name of the template as described inside in the template_info file?

it's a free template from zencart
yes, it have a template_info file
i have downloaded two templates
- sage
- orange

and i can't see both.

Then I'm afraid they're not installed correctly.
The template_info files should be includes/templates/sage/template_info.php and includes/templates/orange/template_info.php. Where are yours?
