Drop Down Menu / Prod. Qty.

Hi,
I'm hoping there's a simple answer to this one because I've spent the last 2 hours searching through threads and working with my attributes and can't seem to figure (or find) an answer anywhere, please help.
I feel like a dummy because it's probably something very simple...

I have a t-shirt page on my website and I have figured out the drop down menu for sizes, but I can't figure out how to enter the different quantites in the item or attributes sections so that ZC can keep track of S, M, L or XL sales and remove them from the site when a purchase comes through. I can only enter 1 total quantity when I go to the "edit product" section and I don't see anywhere in the "attributes" section where I can separate the quantites.

If I have 10 Large shirts and 19 XL shirts, how do I get ZC to separate them so my customers can see how many of each I have in stock? More importantly, I need ZC to automatically remove a size from the drop down menu when it sells out so I don't over sell an item.

Right now, my t-shirt pages are getting HUGE because I have to list each shirt and size separtely:
Shirt 1 size small
shirt 1 size med
shirt 1 size large
shirt 1 size xl
shirt 2 size small
shirt 2 size med... and so on down the line.

Anyways, I hope that's pretty clear and if anyone can help I would be very grateful.

Zen Cart does not track stock by attributes by default

There is a stock by attributes module by kurio available in the downloads section/other
