Installed but can't get in to admin area

Hello,

I successfully installed the ZenCart 1.3.8 but when I am at the admin log in screen, enter the username and password and click the Login button nothing happens. It just doesn't go anywhere. It does nothing. I thought perhaps I had entered the password incorrectly and had the system resend password, which it did. It created a new one for me. I entered that and still nothing. Obviously I am stuck. I have not used this version of ZC before, but I have installed older versions on numerous occasions.

Anyone have any ideas of what is wrong?

No, this is on a new domain. It used to have osCommerce but I deleted it. I moved the site from a different host and the move was not successful, so I am just starting all over. The cart is used as a Bridal Registry for wedding couples for a bridal sales store.

I will try the phpMyAdmin suggestion.

Well, I uninstalled ZC 1.3.8 and deleted the database and all.

Then I installed ZC 1.3.7 and it is doing the exact same thing. I put in my admin username and password and nothing happens. I get no errors at all. It just sits there.

This is getting on my last nerve! Any more ideas?
