Hi,

I've looked around the forum at previous users email problems but couldn't find a solution for mine.

When I send an email it doesn't seem to go anywhere (not even to the mailserver). I have enabled email archiving and there are no messages in there. When Itry to send an message directly to a customer I get:

Notice: Email sent to: [email protected] (0)

BUT, if in admin--->send email and I select 'administrator' I get is:

Notice: Email sent to: Administrator (1)

And the message arrived okay!

Can someone tell me why I am unable to message customers directly?
