I've had two customers tell me that when they go to checkout, everything looks correct in the cart but when they proceed to PayPal it shows the total + an additional $15.00 for shipping. Example below:

$48.95
Sub-Total:

$12.95
United States Postal Service (Priority Mail (2 - 3 days):

$61.90
Total:

When proceeding to PayPal it states the total is $61.90 + an additional $15.00 for shipping for a total of $76.90

Does anyone know why this would be happening?
