Product Feed (Rss)

I am not quite sure if this is the right area or not, but I am in the process of building another zen cart website, and would like to install xml or html rss feeds from our wholesaler. Is there a tutorial or anything that tells me how to do this?
As I have the details on my wholesalers website and can download the 'script', but I cannot find any details anywhere in the e-start your web store with Zen Cart book on how to do this.
I would like it so the basic product feed shows the products and then so the stock level feed alters the stock amounts when necessary.
