Try to monitor the behavior, take note of the pattern

Does it happen to only some specific products (with specific name pattern, or in some specific categories)
Does it happen to product with attributes only?

There must be some pattern to it, we have to get that pattern to fully understand the root of the problem (and fix it)

PS: I have been to your site on both ie6,7 and ff3, havent been able to encounter that error yet.
