I have tried it on auto re-direct and not re-direct back to our site, and also I took out the redirect exception in SSU Config, but nothing seems to have fixed it..


I've been trying it a bit this morning on PayPal, no orders come in on Admin, but the weirdest thing is, at the Checkout confirmation page, where it shows the details of your order, its referencing the same order number every time, and its an old order number it's using ?

There is just no reference to the new order being placed at all

I dont remember this page showing any order number, perhaps you mean the checkout success page?

Just wondering if there is any problems running simple seo and Paypal Express checkout?!?! I had it working at one point tonight, when I accidently uploaded a new html_output file....but then reinstalled the html_output with the ssu added code and now when I click on Paypal at checkout...it goes to a blank page...is there something that needs to be done?!?!

Also, how can I turn off SSU temporarily so I can test if it is affecting a new module or anything else I may be working on?

Im not sure what the problem is, since I can receive orders here on my site. You can disable it by doing 3 things:
1. remove the part you added to htaccess
2. comment out the part you added to html_output
3. remove includes/init_includes/init_ssu.php

I've been running the site all day so far without the SSU mods installed and orders have been coming in ok..

The order that was placed last night with SSU installed has just suddenly shown up as well..?? some 16 hours later.... go figure..?


I'm not sure what to change with SSU so that I can try it with PayPal again

I just wanted to follow up..I did a full uninstall of the mod and now paypal express works fine.....I am going to try to reinstall the mod again, but I just wanted to let you know that something was affecting it......i will let you know how the reinstall goes! Thanks for the continued support....

Its definitely SSU related.. I just reverted back to a pre SSU version, and went through with PayPal and it worked exactly as it should.. Order confirmations, orders appear in admin etc.

What can you suggest it could be ?

I have tested on my different servers so far, 3 working fine with IPN, 2 not. (Wasted lots of time and money to placed test orders as well)

Im asking DrByte for his words of wisdom regarding this matter. Will fix this within 3 days so it can work on all servers I hope.
