First, clear your cache using the ssu manager.

Perfect!!!! Such a simple solution. Sorry, I'm really not good at this stuff.

But, just going through the checkout process to see what happens and got this error...

The requested URL /~beamerfi/catalog/checkout_shipping?zenid=8718cb260b3a12ed9c7f071fddb38bc1 does not exist.

Any thoughts.

Just looking through the forums still and not finding a quick answer on this one... I'm getting this error on beamerfilms.com after selecting "go to checkout."

404 Not Found

Bummer, I'm getting emails from customers that can't checkout. I've just taken the site "down for maintenance."

Truly, this is a great upgrade for me, and I WANT to use it. But I'm sort of needing help quickly. Is there anybody who can help me out on this? I really really appreciate it.

I'm kinda' stuck! I'm reading every single post and finding nada (at least that makes sense to me). Thanks,

Some other relevant info that may help is that I'm running
Zen Cart 1.3.7


PHP Version 5.2.6

Seems to me it's probably just renamed something, but I have no idea what. Or what to do with that info if I did know. I've taken my site offline and am really feeling the pressure to get it back up and running. I fear undoing this may be a touch more work than actually fixing it. Blah.

I'm in over my head.

Can anybody chime in this afternoon? I sure appreciate it.

Why do you have ~beamerfi there?

You may have misconfigured your includes/configure.php.

thanks for the reply! I know you've labored over this... been reading all the posts...

As for the includes/configure.php file. I haven't touched it. Forgive my ignorance, but I do know that's the icons and naming conventions that my host uses so I've seen that string of naming before. So, I suppose it didn't look odd.

I'm about to go into that php file and act like I know what I'm doing. Any advice here? What should that URL read?

Again, thanks! I'm hoping I can get this working. It's exactly what I wanted to find for seo reasons. I believe once this is tested and tried, folks are gonna' see a difference in their SE results.

I seem to have simillar problem. The customers are able to checkout if they add something to their shopping cart and go through the checkout process. But if you click on the Checkout link in the header, you will get the 404 error. Can someone tell me whats wrong. the site is www.coolcarpartsonline.com . you can test it on the site header. Every other page that I ran into is working fine so Thanks for The effort.

A side note: I am relatively new site a few months, I had this mod installed for a week or so and I noticed that Iam getting more traffic from google and live than I ever had since the site is been up. Iam getting more than 1/2 of my traffic from organic search compare to a few visits a day before this mod. So I would recommend installing this mod even if you loose the sitemap indexing.

I would check your filenames.php in the includes folder

define('FILENAME_CHECKOUT_SHIPPING', 'checkout_shipping');

Make sure that line is there.

HI all , Ive installed this mod , and tried to read through the 75+ pages of support , but can someone confirm for me :

I have put tell_a_friend in the exclude list in the admin and cleared the cache but it still does not work, just returns me to the homepage. Am I missing something here ?
