Please change it to the latest one I posted, it is a more correct version.

Clear cache when you make changes to category/product names
Or when you make changes in the SSU setting that may affect how the names are generated.

Otherwise, no need to clear cache.

Also i had magic seo url before this and this works like 50 times better...magic seemed to slow my site down drastically

That is great to hear, magic seo does have it difficulty, as a commercial module it is not allowed to touch any of Zen's core file, so it has to work the other way around (actually this is not completely true, it does touch application_top.php)

Anyhow, it is still a good piece of software ^_^, it's just not free.

im having a problem though with this mod when i turn it on all my links generated by my magic seo url end up dead which is gonna be a problem any way to get this mod to recognize the ones that are already indexed

Such transformation is doable, but not in the current version of SSU, it is already available in the unstable version 3.2 (currently in beta testing) and will be fully available(and automated) within the next 1-2 weeks.
Your site has so many products and categories, so I would suggest you stick with Magic Seo for now if you still have a working license.
Check back in about 2 weeks, SSU new version will fully support this transformation from Magic Seo to SSU with minimal/none lost of links.

ok thanks a lot i appreciate it ..i just wont turn it on for a few weeks till u have the update thanks
