For whatever reason when you host recovers from crash it doesnt seem to recover completely,

You can go to your admin - tools - sql patch tool and try
delete from table module_version_tracker where module_code = 'yellow1912_ssu';

Then go to admin - extras - ssu to have the patches reapplied.
