ok I just googled cron job and now I understand that it's a timed event but I've no idea how to implement that.

Before you installed this module your site link looked like this for your home page.
http://www.example.com/index.php?main_page=

After you install the module your home page should look like this.
http://www.example.com/

If you do not clear your cache you will receive an error message because your links has change. Simple Seo indexes a lot of links in your cache. When ever you change something in admin add or delete you need to always clear your cache. By setting up a cron job in you Control Panel it will do it for you. If you can get to your server Control Panel make a cron like this
GET http://yoursite.com/cron/ssu.php
