Simple SEO URL (OLD version) [support thread]

hey folks, i just loaded all the files from 3.6, when i went to the admin ssu manager, it gave me error telling me to contact the webmaster(me). did i do something wrong with the htaccess file.. i copy and pasted the content into an existing file because of a existing redirect..

any ideas

Please help me . I have uploaded simple seo to my site but i keep getting blank pages on every page with SSU on or off. I have installed it and thats as far as i got as there is no instructions and all the sites are down .

I have tried simple-seo-url.com
rubikintegration.com

and they show up address not found.

Its probley your .htaccess file..
Try to do this

RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /

My .htaccess is right . Also i did install module manger before. I cannot view and install instructions as all the sites associated with simple seo are down and have been all day.

Try it for yourself giuly . The link you posted me returns a page error as does simple-seo-url.com

I got the module install error message too but I found this thread (glad I did), now installed module manager and ssu is working fine, thanks yellow, great addition :)

Every time I try to clear SSU cache, whether it be alias cache, page cache, etc... I get a OS dialog window that says it's trying to open the file ssu.php. I don't think cache is actually clearing at all... this is a big problem because I can't edit any of my page titles?

Any idea what would be causing this?

Huhm, perhaps it is something you should check with your host?

I contacted my host and they gave me the following response:
The issue was that the php memory limit was too low and the page was eating up all of the ram until it hit the limit and died.

Clear your cache via ftp seems to be the answer for now. In the next version you will see much improvement on this.
