    It seems that your host has port 1129 blocked still.

    Try this to test your Linkpoint communications:
    http://penngps.com/extras/curltest.php?linkpoint=1

    As long as you're still getting "7 couldn't connect to host", the port is blocked.

    Linkpoint API seems to be working now. I would guess my host unblocked port 1129.
