Extend Manufacturer Box

How can I extend the length of the manufacturer side box form to allow customers to see more manufacturers names.

Perhaps adjust the Maximum Value for:

Manufacturers List - Scroll Box Size/Style
Number of manufacturers names to be displayed in the scroll box window. Setting this to 1 or 0 will display a dropdown list.
