Default Header & Footer Have Shifted & There's A Double Green Bar At The Top

I would like help with three layout issues, please. (I've looked all over for answers and cannot figure out how to fix these.)

    My site:
    http://yonsidemanse.com/dwellinthegarden

    1. "Home Log In" at the top has shifted to the center. How do I make it flush left again?

    2. "Copyright/Powered by Zen Cart" at the bottom has shifted to the left. How do I make it centered again?

    3. I somehow have a double green background at the top of the page. I want the green background bar to be directly above and touching my "Dwell In The Garden" header. I want the background bar where "Home Log In" is displayed to be the same tan color as my page background.

    Thanks so much!

    1. Looks left aligned when I look at it.
    2. The styling for the site legal info (set at about line 732 of your stylesheet needs text-align:center to be added
    3. That's not actually a double border, it's the same border (which is light at the top) being repeated because the bar is taller than the image that is being displayed behind it. If you want that bar to be beige you would need to change the image, or remove it and set a background color

It still looks centered to me in IE Explorer and Firefox. And now I see that the headings in my side boxes are flush left. I really don't know what happened to these, as I was not changing their attributes. Now how do I change the text headings in all the side boxes to be centered?

I see what you mean. I increased the table margin slightly to give me the beige at the top. Now I just want the green bar at the top to not repeat. When I increase the height of my .gif, I lose the shading in the smaller side box headings. So where do I find the file that lets me increase the size of that top green bar?

    Thanks!

OK. Time out. You have a much bigger problem.

I started wondering why you had a whole load of odd problems occurring, took a closer look at your stylesheet and realised that it's been chopped off and a fair chunk of the codes that are there by default are completely.

I think you need to use a file comparison program such as Winmerge to add back what's missing from the end (you file stops mid-line) while also highlighting the changes that you have made to what you do have.
