UPS Shipping

I have UPS Shipping Set-Up on my site. My supplier does ship to Puerto Rico with a $15.00 Surcharge.

However when I try to test I get the following:

United Parcel Service
We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.
Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown.

What did I do wrong?

You did not do anything wrong - UPS considers Puerto Rico a country instead of a territory of the US - Are you using the postal service at all?

I was not suggesting you use USPS - I wanted to know if you did because the fix for Puerto Rico/UPS conflicts with USPS.

I am having the same problem. I am not using USPS. Only UPS. How do I get it working for UPS?
