    Default No Stylesheet Css Display

Okay.. I posted a thread on a topic related to this and it got deleted evidently by a mod that just didnt want to answer or deal with the issue.

(The Mod that did that needs to be fired or apologize.)

I installed XAMPP and upgraded to APACHE 2.2.8. I then installed ZENCART and my CSS graphics are not being displayed. I just see text. I tried the "TROUBLESHOOT" method about the HTACCESS fix and the APACHE HTTPD.CONF fix...(https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=235) and it still isnt being displayed. Another issue is that I cant login to the ADMIN... with my username and password. For some reason, XAMPP is showing SSL enabled which could be a problem, but I dont see how since its a fresh install and I dont use SSL. I'd like too, but thats another issue.

(Please dont post "DO THIS, DO THAT, CHECK WITH YOUR HOST" because I AM THE HOST and I'm sick of people saying that.)

Any help would be appreciated. thanks for your time.
