Thanks a lot for that, it seems to be working very well for us. Just a thought for the future - it would be extremely useful to record when/if transactions fail.

The Paypal payment module records failed transactions by setting orders to an initial status before they go for payment and then changing them to another when they come back. Any chance the netbanx module could do something similar?

No idea I'm afraid. After using both Netbanx and Protx, I find the latter to be far, far superior and recommend that you investigate changing .... The support thread for Protx is here
