make sideboxes into images

Hello,

I have searched the forum and can't find the answer to this

I would really appreciate anyones help

1. I don't want the title(header) of some of the side boxes to show, how can i remove it?

2. i want to add clickable images as sideboxes to show on all pages, like a normal sidebox would show. for example a banner or a promotion image.

3. i want to make all my side boxes round edged.

I am sure they are easy to do, but i can't find the answer anywhere :S

1. Add to your stylesheet (example for the categories header)

#categoriesHeading {display: none;}

Find the id for the desired box headers by looking in view source.

2. Look at the Blank Sidebox mod or the Editable Sidebox mod in Downloads. There may also be a bannerbox mod - not sure. You can add your image link in one of those. First, though, have you already used all possible banner sideboxes in admin > Tools > Layout Boxes Controller?

3. You can use the "sliding door method" to make round-cornered boxes. Google for that to see the standard reference and instructions.
